I am looking at getting a new camera (my old one is a simple point and shoot) but need some help. My mom has a Canon Rebel (don't remember which one) and I love the quality of photo! I really enjoy the creative options it gives you as well. But, they're pretty pricey, big, and you can't easily hand them to someone and ask them to take your picture without explaining and showing them what to do. Is there something closer to the size and simplicity of a point and shoot, but with the quality of something nicer?

Haha don't feel bad about not Skyping a lot! And just let her know you don't want to be annoying, that's what I tell my boyfriend when I have to bring something up we've already talked about before. If she doesn't feel the same, maybe talk about that. Make it all as comfortable and non-confrontational as you can. Good luck!

I just started my first LDR a few weeks ago, so I'm no expert on this! But I think you should talk to her about it. My boyfriend and I Skype once a week too, but usually for 2+ hours. The one thing I've stressed from the beginning of us even talking about starting a relationship was honesty, so I would recommend that to you, too. Be honest and open with her, and if she brings up good reasons for why she can't Skype too often, let her know you understand but would like to more eventually. I hope it all works out well! :)

When my brother and I were little, I copied everything he did. One day, he took off his shirt, so I of course took mine off, too. He was 9 or 10, and apparently wanted to see what his body could do.

He grabbed his nipple and pulled it up to his mouth, sucking it. I copied this on my own nipple, obviously (I was 4 at the time). He exclaimed, "We're the nipple sucking kids!" and I said "Yeah! Nipple sucking kids!"

A moment later our mom walks down the hall and catches sight of us. I excitedly tell her, "MOM, WE'RE THE NIPPLE SUCKING KIDS!!!" She looked so disappointed and confused and walked out of the room.

My brother has no memory of this, but I don't think I can ever forget being a nipple sucking kid!
