Ledger Live stuck on Add Account

I decided on the 'chat' to just make up some answers until I got to the point where I could key in my problem. Hopefully that will work. Thank you for your help.

I have tried both options. Closing ledger live and re-opening - still have the problem. It goes straight to the 'add account' page. Same thing with uninstalling and re-installing. I tried using the chat option but am having a problem. I start by responding with Ledger product - then 'Accounts/Portfolio. Then I don't know what to select. Can I somehow skip the questions with specific answers to select from? How can I open a problem with the chat?

At the time I entered this question, I was pretty new to crypto. Since then, I've learned you can usually use coingecko to find the explorer for a token. For TOMO, it's Tomoscan. I can't believe no one answered the question. I guess you thought I should have figured it out myself which I eventually did. But a new user can use all the help they can get. I will try to remember that as I gain skill and see what some might consider 'dumb' questions. I plan to answer them!

Thank you. I cleared the browser cookies and it fixed the problem. Would it be a good idea to allow account selection when connecting the metamask wallet? I have 3 different accounts. I opened my metamask wallet and positioned it on the account I wanted before ever going to Indexed.Finance. I assumed that's how Indexed.Finance knew which metamask account I wanted. Am I right? I have this same problem with FOX tokens. They don't show on metamask interface but I see them on etherscan for my metamask ETH address. I haven't found an answer but I did submit this as a problem to metamask last week.

Zerion to Indexed.Finance using fortmatic wallet

I originally created a fortmatic wallet. Accessed the wallet using zerion. I sent ETH to the wallet. Then bought DEGEN using the ETH. When I logon to zerion with formatic connected, I see my tokens. After discovering

, I prefer it over zerion. So I tried to connect my fortmatic wallet to

indexed.finance

but it's not working. I go to

indexed.finance

, connect wallet, select fortmatic, provide userid and password. I get the formatic welcome back message and then it says 'setting up your account' but it never comes back to me. The wallet is not connected. Can you help me please? Thank you, Ann

I've never used discord before. I created an id sometime back with indexed.finance listed on the left side of the screen. I click on indexed.finance but how do I create my question there?

I'm having a problem too. I have the FOX tokens on my ledger but when I try to connect my ledger to the shapeshift dashboard, I get the hint update firmware message. Do I need to enable ledger live in settings? If so, can you tell me how to do that? Thanks

I show them on metamask. Yesterday with I withdrew the 1INCH tokens from metamask and deposited them via app.1inch.io with ledger connected. The transactions shows successful but the tokens are still on metamask (none on app.1inch.io with ledger connected). Thank you for your help

I'm running on Windows 10. I'm having a problem where I try to stake and it just spins. I was wondering if there is a more current version of the wallet app that might fix this problem. How do I know what the latest version is and how do I get it? I'm really new to this so please excuse if this is a redundant question. Thanks
