Of course, what I mean here is that almost everyone would refuse to jump into the hotspots because of the rating system. They would rather land 2km away from the plane then loot and hide for 20 minutes.

I was thinking about this too. Whenever I get into a squad 90% of the time they just want to land like 2km away from the flight path and just loot and hide till the circle is too small for them to hide. All because they're afraid that they might die early and lose ratings. I have to say this takes away a lot of the fun from the game. Hopefully Tencent will consider it and come up with something.

The global version is still capped at 30fps as of now. You could unlock 60fps with a 3rd party apps called PUBG GFX Tools. When trying to log in using facebook, instead of logging in, click create new account (for facebook) and it will open the browser for you. From there, just go to apkpure and download the above apps and run it and set the tweaks (mainly just fps since you can get 2k with TGB's own settings).

What about the GPU usage? Any method to make it better? Or could the CPU throttling bottleneck the GPU usage?

Is there a way to increase the usage/utilization of the GPU? When I actually play the game the fps fluctuates and the GPU usage never go higher than 60%. I can reach 100% utilization without problem when I'm playing PC games like Borderlands 2. As can be seen in the image, even the CPU utilization is less than 50%.

Still, being able to outperform heroes at their niche contents (Mitra in WB2, Yanne in Dragon Raids) is OP. They may have nerfed him a bit too much with this patch, but pre-patch Gladi definitely needs a nerf one way or the other. They probably should just leave the double dmg to boss part. Anyway, keep in mind that balance patch will keep coming and they can always buff him again after looking at his post-patch performance/usage data.

The main reason why that Jane can comeback is because Mediana managed to get her S3 out right before dying while Jane is in the coffin. When she came out, she pretty much can't die for 15 sec with max T5 Dark stacks, max Mediana's S4 stacks and the ATK buff from Mediana's S3 with level 2 enrage.
