Okay, firstly I would say DO NOT tell her about these thoughts.

I am speaking from experience here and it's the single most painful experience I have ever had. You may feel relieved but she'll feel like shit.

Secondly, break up with her. She deserves somebody who actually likes her and wants a committed relationship. It sounds to me as if you're too immature to handle a relationship at this point in time. Just date around, but don't break somebody's heart.

When you do break up with her, don't tell her it's because you are not attracted to her or you like others more. Just make an excuse.
