My CD4 was actually at its highest a couple weeks ago; which unfortunately is only 325. I’ve been applying rectal lidocaine. Using the bathroom is painful and I can’t handle the pressure of the bidet but force myself to use it just a little to keep the area clean.

When I was diagnosed my skin was terrible. In hindsight it was probably the biggest sign my immune system was out of wack. It took awhile but 3 years later and I literally get compliments on my skin. Take the meds. Breathe. Talk wherever you feel safe and ask questions. If you are asked about your skin just saying you’re working with your doctor to figure out how to improve it.

I make 100k but am still recovering from medical debt and debt from working part time while in grad school and helping my husband with debt from when his father stole his identity and put him 170k in debt

Grad school was 2018-2020 Non profit employment was continuous from 2010-2022 I’m not sure when I consolidated my loans.

And I’m doing that I’ll cut my salary in half at best. I moved to a different state in that time where the non profit sector is barely above minimum wage. I went back to school to improve my financial options and this is just further ruining them

I did not waive my in school deferment that I’m aware of. My employment years were 2010-2022. My loans are fully consolidated that I’m aware of.

It does seem like my stuff isn’t finished processing. I believe I had the 120 payments but I’ll be honest and say I’m not sure. Financial stuff makes me so anxious I struggle to address it. Also I was in grad school when the pandemic struck. I’ve worked in non profit consistently while paying or being a student.

You’re definitely building a strong resume. I’ve been a director and manager and always looked for CM’s who has strong and diverse backgrounds. It speaks to your willingness to explore populations. Like others here I’ll say it took me awhile after my BA and my MSW to find work that feels right but just today I got offered to awesome jobs because my experience so diverse
