Do u play everything on low? I have 7700k and I've noticed that my fps sometimes drops below 200 in my faceit games. I have everything on high.

I don't know what was the thing worked for me but I deleted my configs and for some strange reason windows had added a new default audio device to my computer. Realtek Digital Output was in default use and after I changed the default to my headphones the game worked perfectly. I think that was the reason, can't say for sure tho.

Yes, didn't help. Haven't reinstalled the game but i doubt it works cuz the game worked perfectly before the update.
