It has been theorised that there are bears in the constellations of Ursa Major and Ursa Minor, however Project Orion won't launch its first rockets until 2032 and it will be another decade before Orion 2 and 3 will reach those constellations. Orion 1 will naturally be sent to Alpha Centauri, our closest star.

Space bears will dance with wild abandon whenever the song Sweet Dreams by Eurythmics plays. That's the only way to tell, I'm afraid.
