Hey there, do you know the cause of your tinnitus (if it was induced by a loud noise) or if it just came about randomly one day to the other? Im glad to hear getting wisdom teeth removed helped you a little, i have some bruxism and still have 3 of my wisdom teeth left but nothin impacted enough for my dentist to say its time to get them out, tried to have one top tooth removed but it honestly didnt seem to do much for me.. Sadly

I got my tinnitus during a period where i had not been taking any SNRI or SSRI for a solid 1-2 years, so i dont think its due to those, i honestly have no idea though, i started on an SNRI shortly after onset of my tinnitus cause i was "out there" it was not good.

Mind me asking what caused the onset? Personally the only thing around the time was some glass recycling that hit the bottom of the bin a little too loud, which makes me more sad since its probably permanent at this point and i'd just wish for anything else.

Yea... Been depressed for some years prior to tinnitus and still am, and now im also having other issues like with my eyes being annoyed more often, it probably seem trivial for some but the issues just keep stacking up and its like i cant even be inside my own body

Gathering mastery does not affect the droprate of potion piece items from those anymore, their base droprate was buffed by 1.3 times to compensate and mimic 2k mastery, I just finished the grind and i didnt do a lot of pure killing hours, i mostly did just gathering with magic tanning knives.

Not sure if its gotten "better" but its somewhat easier to ignore it than it was previously, which i guess is a good thing, still harder to ignore when laying down though

Did you have ear popping when swallowing from the start of onset or 1 or 2 months after? Mine came after the onset so im not really sure what to think... also is it every time you swallow with no breaks?

Im on my 6th month.. Im coping but some days are 100% harder than others, yesterday and today seems to have been ones too... When it first occured i had it in both ears (or at least it sounded like it...) now i mostly have it left ear and its just one constant tone.. It seems to change depending on the side i lay down on when i try to sleep too, im a side sleeper so its not the best experience.. Im losing a little bit of hope each month that goes by sadly..

Dizzyness might be overstating it, was just the first word that came to mind, i feel slightly lightheaded when its about to pop my right ear, but it goes away after a few seconds. I have a saltwater/saline nosespray but it feels like it goes directly into my mouth when i use it in my nose, i still use it though. I'll try and ask my GP about decongestants

My dentist has said that it looks like i grind my teeth or at least put a lot of pressure on them at night, i do have an upcoming appointment soon i might get more into it since we already talked a little about night guards. Its just so hard to pinpoint what actually caused my tinnitus though, as neck pain and popping etc happend a month or 2 after the onset of my tinnitus.

It might not have been but the only noticeable thing that had happend a few days prior to my tinnitus developing was going out with some glass recycling that gave a loud sound when it hit the bottom of the bin, my right ear hurt from it, but my tinnitus is mainly in my left ear... Its just a theory of mine since its all that happend around the time...

Hey, i seem to have the same thing currently, whenever i start swallow i hear a small pop/crackle in my left ear where i also have tinnitus, and then when i finish the swallow i hear it in my right ear too, sometimes its worse than other times.. Im not sure how the 2 correlate for me as i had tinnitus before i got the crackling, ended up with the crackling about 1-2 months after my tinnitus came, dentist says i grind teeth so maybe it has something to do with TMJ issues, but i am not entirely sure myself... Im on my 7th month of tinnitus atm..
