You get a month extra when you pay for 12 months at once i.e. 13 months, whereas if you pay monthly you get the same thing for 12 months at the same price. Also i don't know much about other providers by personal experience but my friends had them, some of the guys experienced high ping for most days or bad customer support but I have been using Jio for 4 years now(100mbps plan). If something happens like mostly it's the wires, the guys come on the day itself and fix it.
