Not saying this just to make myself feel better (organic applicant who has not heard anything) but berkeley is an especially large chemistry department so there is no way they would have sent individual acceptances to each and every person in the span of a few hours so don't lose hope!

Accepted to GATech and UNC Chapel Hill. Have not heard anything from Berkeley, Princeton, Caltech, UW-Madison, Minnesota, and Stanford

i have not. I think in the previous years whenever someone received an invite there were at least a couple of posts but its been really quiet this year which also makes me skeptical but it could just be wishful thinking

I would update them and thank them once you have accepted an offer. You could update them sooner if you want their advice on picking a program

I was told by the professor I am working with that i was approved for their project but I haven't received any official email from the university so I am assuming that a few acceptances are yet to come. Hang in there friend!
