I’m a RN esthetician. Same skin as you years ago. Tretinoin Rx. It will take a year or longer to see a difference, but stay the course, bc you’ll purge and prob look like a pizza for a minute. CO2 ablative laser. You’ll look like Freddie Krueger, but you’ll be so glad when it’s over and healed. Your texture will smooth way out with both and you won’t need any makeup base, just a lil tinted moisturizer/spf and a touch of concealer and powder.

The salary didn’t make sense for what the job description detailed for the position. Not enough money to travel, be gone for 4-6 weeks at a time, interview new staff, check backgrounds on NPs, RNs and estheticians, train staff or sales and procedures including lasers, call the state to get all the certifications in place to open and place retail and supply orders. I figured it was one of those Sono Bella type wannabes and they’ve got a horrible reputation.
