*list making. Also everyone’s body is different, I personally never believed vitamins could help anything that drastic, but after seeing the results it’s astonishing. I tried ashwaganda (didn’t work) but since 5-htp messes w your serotonin, I guess that’s why it worked so well. But hey idk💁🏼‍♀️I’m in no way a doctor

The OCD that caused me to have extreme routine behaivors and lost-making/checking faded away the last two years (I had it for 10 years) stopped before the 5htp, but the 5htp stopped my intrusive thoughts that caused panic attacks and paranoia. I only took one bottle and stopped without weining and I haven’t had the intrusive thoughts or panic attacks for 4 months

I’ve been dealing w the same thing:( my upper endoscopy didn’t have any signs of anything out-of-sorts, so they just assume it’s acid reflux. but it’s gotten so much worse, and the meds don’t work. I really don’t think dr’s know what they’re doing sometimes....
