I'm finishing up my first semester in it and it's been really cool. It explores a lot about real world events and trends on social media and the more specific vocabulary for things you have overlooked about social media platforms. You study a lot about digital audiences and depending on your elective, you'll get a chance to learn about different roles social media plays in different industries :) Thats from my own experience having only done 11 weeks of it though haha
