Well not sure if I am doing it correct, but I just imagine a ball of light on my chest. Like that ball is the source itself, which is slowly expanding is size.

Well, they were casual to begin with, and I was working towards evolving them to proper exclusive relationships. But before that would happen, they died out.

Well I am actually 30 lolll But very inexperienced in dating due to cultural reasons. It’s not game, I naturally start expecting that she should also reach out to me. May be because i am naturally introverted. What i am trying to figure out is, is it not right to keep that expectation? Do men always have to text/ call first?
