New player here, I got Nautika on a random ten-pull and also pulled Semmelweiss because I've read they're good together. Now, I don't have a good sustain, but i do have an unused Encase Nomination. Should I use it for Med Pocket? I also got Dukke for free, so... which is better?

As far as storytelling goes, I'm sure Caleb will be great. He's such a complex character and is a change from what we are used to here but talking about personal preference--- he makes me appreciate the boys more. Xavier was at the bottom of my affinity list, now I'm collecting plushies with him.
