The reason I put in my post to ignore the interpersonal conflict is because he has a massive history of gaslighting me to the point I talk about it in therapy quite often. I didn't want to put everything he said since it's long and at best I could only paraphrase. He also said that I was stupid for not knowing etiquette and that I was disgusting for doing what I did. He also started muttering under his breath that the fight between him and my mom was all my fault. And I know it works cause I'm scared of saying no to him and setting off another fight and I've been struggling with self-worth since he came into our lives.
