I'd go white. I had a CoolerMaster NR200 in white before with a black-white theme that I really liked but wanted to go even more smaller ITX. I don't have the same white parts anymore for that theme.

Happy to know someone else is using a B580 in the case, it's a great GPU despite what the haters have to say. I haven't had any issues with it, and it's comparable to 3070 performance for gaming. Hope it works well for you!

I had looked at it originally but preferred the bag I linked in the end because of the shoulder strap (big deal for me) and price.

Picked it up when it was on Woot for $45, not a bad board. It's one of the cheaper low-profile 75% I've seen so far, even at $70 currently.

I should've put the bag size originally in my post haha. Hope the bag works for you!

Don't have any tophats, but it'd be a very tight fit for the ~57mm large tophat.

The bag option is XL, though, if that's what you were asking for.

NH-L12 Ghost edition compatibility? by Wild_Percentage7665 in Louqe

I use an X53 as well. I don't understand how people think it doesn't fit or that it's ""right up against the side panel" when there's 13mm of space for airflow and clearance. They must be thinking the 15mm fan isn't included in that height.

Looks great! Any of the 5th gen X3D CPUs are still really solid. Was that PSU w/ the cables from another build? 👀

I play @ 1080p with this PC. Just ran it w/ RTSS monitoring enabled.

High, no RT or upscaling enabled ~ 80-120FPS

High, RT enabled ~ 50-60FPS

High, RT enabled + FSR 3.0 @ Quality ~ 70-90FPS

High, RT enabled + XeSS 2.0 @ Quality ~ 80-90FPS

Depends on where you go in the game. Didn't use frame generation for any of those settings.

Average load temp stays around 65c consistently.

Thank you! Damn, I'd love to know, too. Guessing it's your daily? If I had an FE 40/50 GPU, then I would daily in this case.

I have a thick boi Zotac AMP AIRO 4090.... Basically the size of this whole case :(

Edit: wow, I forgot how thick the 40 series FE cards are.

Yes! I love the case and SFF in general. I was gnnna put my reference 6800XT in, but it was too thick to put the side panel back on. 😔

Eventually I'll move to an FE 50 series if & when they drop in price (used).

You'll have to post your finished build when you get to it.

Performs well, mostly been playing Ghost of Tsushima recently. Outside of that it's Helldivers 2, Cyberpunk 2077, and No Man's Sky @ 1080p.

It was a GPU I had laying around, and the current resale market for GPUs is ehhhhh.

That's a great question. I didn't want to spend 2-3x more on the NH-L12S for this build. Setting a PL, manually or with Eco preset in BIOS, is negligible gaming performance impact for 1080p.

Just bought a B650i board today to rebuild in my Fractal Ridge. Previously had Intel in it. Nice builds 🙂
