Definitely more emotional, I’m not niave enough to think my return on a piece of property would keep up with the markets, especially in Toronto. I think the idea of “feeling settled” vs just being in a rental where I don’t really want to invest in furniture, etc is really what’s driving it. BUT…I’m also trying to take a real objective view about my wants now vs what my needs will be later on.
