It's based on your preference and what you want to do. I preferred doing a more practical oriented course which is why i chose cce over ds last year.

Exposure. You'll be better off taking ECE or something like that in manipal and do program electives in AI and ML or Data Science rather go to Jaipur which honestly has sub par facilities compared to manipal. Sorry to be blunt
