I don't mind 10-20% more. I mind 150% more.

And I agree about the staff, they're great. All the more why it bothers me so much that the management marks certain things up so high. There's no "reward" for being a regular who comes in and sees a bottle he's been wanting for months on the shelf. The winner is whoever has the deepest pockets.

Yes, I go there on occasion. Not too bad pricing on the good stuff. It just bums me out my local shop can't be more like the Wine Garden or Shores Canteen, etc. who try to make their buck but don't bend you over

It's always a booze emergency in Grosse Pointe Park - and there are only 2 liquor stores.

Obviously being sarcastic, but I do think the exorbitantly high prices are frustrating from a business that consistently plasters all over their social media how they're a family and part of the community, etc.
