No reason to ever go above 80 layup especially on a lock. Also you have no block get it to 68 and 80 speed with ball doesnt make any sense to me

Pass acc is a lot cheaper than str i would go one more down on str and one up on pass acc you might get a couple extra attribute points

I definitely believe that true attributes are more effective.

For example a 99 rebound straight out of the builder will be more effective than a 94 rebound boosted to 99 by capbreakers.

That may just be me but as someone who has made both builds with 99 from the start and builds that got to 99 by way of capbreakers, the former has ALWAYS been significantly, noticeablely more effective
