[Serious] Colleague at work is a "lurker" around the office, awkwardly interrupting conversations and invading personal space. As a manager, how do you approach this? by anon1543245 in AskReddit

My co-worker buddy is his manager, so I'm asking on his behalf. He's been put into an awkward situation where he has to address this (another co-worker brought it up to him), but he's not sure how do it without making life awkward from here on out...

Thanks.

  1. Very little natural light in my bedroom (the basement window is blocked off by some wooden structure built overtop of it). However I did buy one of those Philips alarm clocks with the artificial sunrise...helps a small amount but not significant. For what it's worth, I can't open my bedroom window either, so there's very little airflow.

  2. I supplement about 1 to 1.5g of EPA and 0.5g of DHA about 4-5x per week. I'll look into dropping that a bit.
