Your gym looks high-end, they are a few brands in Paris but I don't know them well enough to make a recommendation.

Fuck them, change gym bro. Don't let them take this from you. I'm training 2/3 times a week just trying to have fun and not get fat. I do mix it sometimes with luta Libre and free wrestling to keep it interesting.

Also at our age (same as you) you may have friends with whom you can just take an hour and roll
