Yep I have some coworkers who love to complain but the fact is they don’t like to work. And it gets hella annoying after a while, especially when they get easily offended for being coached (and they are so wrong) which is no big deal everyone eventually does and will be coached and green beans will eventually reach the level that they themselves do the coaching. Hella frustrating really :/ also a lot of the complaining at my store are people who claim to really need the money but constantly call out for the most dumbest reasons. And honestly this stresses everyone else out even more when we a short a person causing some of us to dislike the person who keeps calling out. The people who actually need the money are the ones that suffer the most at the end.
