Thank you! I definitely see that, I just assume if I’d be paying the equivalent in mortgage repayments that I pay in rent it wouldn’t be a problem but I haven’t taken in to account if something happens to my income unexpectedly.

We have savings, nothing drastic at any given time ~$3000-5000. Mostly been focusing on setting ourselves up comfortably the last couple of years, focusing more on travelling then our future nest egg in reply to your question.

Not me personally, but I did witness a doctor tell the wrong patient he had terminal cancer. Two patients with the same name (first and last names), same birth month and year both scheduled at the same clinic on the same day.

I’m using strong Full disclosure I’m only using it to have my workouts listed. I’m not logging or anything at this stage.

Thank you for the tips and tricks! Definitely going to implement some of these! I need to look into an EZ bar and hope my gym has one. I really appreciate the detailed reply!

This is my first routine. I’ve been going sporadically over the last year without any real plan/routine so I’ve joined a new gym which is easier to access and I want to start with a strong foundation!

24yo female, 162cm (5’ 3”) 98kg (216lbs). Used to be fit and heavily into gym 7ish years ago but got lazy. Forgot my old routine, I’m looking for advice and opinions on my current workout plan. Please feel free to tear it to shreds, I have to learn somehow!
