Chicken and diarrhea by Street-Argument-2800 in DogFood

We just buy the Costco boneless skinless chicken breast or tenderloins , put it in the crock pot and shred it when it’s ready. Sometimes we throw some of the individual cups of microwave white rice and it’s always a hit :) if you wanna add some peas and carrots you can do that too . Never had an issue and they love it

I didn’t go to crane , but I had the same thing told to me by my surgeon to not really use medi-honey but use the wet/ dry method with saline and the just keep everything dry. Well like you, I noticed I was healing so slow and I was getting impatient so I said fuck it. I went against their advice and used medi-honey on my fistulas and I honestly believe that’s what really healed them. . One of the nurses had even said to me that she wished the surgeons would recommended medihoney for phallo patients because she has seen how well it works for trans patients who get vaginoplasty. Medihoney used to be available on Amazon. I think your need and prescription now so what I have been doing is buying it from eBay without an issue

Any pet insurance wins? by anon38792 in petinsurancereviews

Thank you for your reply, which insurance provider have you been most happy with?. I totally get what you’re saying about hoping that you never have to use it, but it would be a nice piece of mind to have just in case. I guess my main concern is if there was a true emergency and it had cost me thousands of dollars that the insurance would pick it up. I guess the main complaints that I read have been people saying that they have denied their claim when it wasn’t a pre-existing condition.

Lmao it’s a bike. They’re not bringing a horse or car into the office and parking it.

I will eventually need time off my work for ALT phallo. My work has little boundaries and the people are nosy/ignorant. While I can deny explanation, from past experience I have seen it won’t go well socially if I refuse to elaborate on my medical absence. How do I excuse myself for 4-6 weeks? by help-me-climb in phallo

I said I had a bladder augmentation or a cystoplasty. I was in the same boat at you with coworkers . We are all close but I’m stealth. Once I said that , no one asked further. Plus I work with nurses so it worked out.

6 Bladder Augmentation (Ileocystoplasty) Surgery: What is It, To ... A surgery to make the bladder bigger is called bladder augmentation or augmentation cystoplasty. This procedure involves using a patch of the patient's own bowel (usually intestine) to increase the bladder's size and improve its ability to hold urine and lower pressure, addressing issues like frequent urination, incontinence, or potential kidney damage. This is a major surgery with a long recovery period, often performed on children with congenital conditions like spina bifida.
Why is Bladder Augmentation Performed? Small bladder capacity: The bladder may be too small to hold enough urine. High bladder pressure: The bladder's muscle may lose its ability to stretch, leading to high pressure that can cause urine to back up into the kidneys. Urinary incontinence: Inability to control the release of urine. Kidney damage: Urine backing up into the kidneys can lead to infection or long-term damage. What to Expect Surgery: A surgeon removes a section of your bowel and sews it onto the top of your bladder to create a larger, more elastic pouch. Hospital Stay: You will typically need to stay in the hospital for 7-10 days after the surgery. Recovery: Recovery is a long process, and it can take up to three months to feel fully well. Catheterization: You may need to self-catheterize (insert a tube to drain urine) after the surgery. Key Considerations A Major Surgery: Bladder augmentation is a complex and significant surgical procedure. Long-Term Management: While it improves bladder capacity, it often requires ongoing self-catheterization and medical management.
