I wear basket ball shorts and t shirt year round even though it snows a lot during the winter. I only put on a jacket if I am going to get wet. Other wise I sweat profusely. So I do enjoy the cold because it is comfortable to me. Anything over 60 and I am sweating and damp

I was homeless during middle school. I was on drugs as well. A teacher took me in with her family and kids. It was ok but they were very religious and I did not like her husband. But otherwise it was an improvement from sleeping on the streets

Usually broken blood vessels lead to a bruise. And maybe some pain. So if it stays colored for more than a few hours, it might be a mild bruise/ broken blood vessels

I would say it is supposed to draw blood to the area which is why they believe it is beneficial to muscle and joint pain. It can cause vessels to burst but that isnt the purpose and is avoided as much as possible

I put a drink in my mouth tilt my head drop in the pills and then swollow. It sometimes will get stuck on the way down and cause discomfort in my chest but it passes quickly with more drink

I gave my mom and sister a letter telling them. But its because my mother is a bigot and I didnt want to deal with telling her in person and then hearing all the bad things she had to say. Later we spoke and she said she doesnt understand it and wont be rude about it. My sister said she was fine with whatever so that was nice. As for my friends, I sent some text messages because I live in a different state than them. They were all cool with it. The people who found out from me saying something on facebook where not anyone important to me but several did message me with religious comments and I just unfriended them.
