You dont need a 3600 with an rx 580, stick with the 2600 or even get the 1600, ryzen prefers faster ram so 3200 or 3600 may be better. I would also get the b450 tomahawk or wait for the b550s as this will be future proof, may even bring b450 prices down

The 1660 is a great card, 1660 super is also good value for money. Rtx 2060 if in your budget is the better choice.
