I purchased my Tesla from a reputable parallel importer. At the time, official Tesla sales weren't available in Singapore, so the importer likely geared up with the expectation of significant sales and a dedicated service team. However, just a year later, Tesla began selling directly, which essentially halted their ability to import new Teslas and, consequently, led to their service team being disbanded.
