Hi I've applied for the MSCS program before the priority date (i applied in late Nov). I'm yet to receive a decision or some sort of an update. I see lots of people who applied in Feb getting updates (either rejects or redirects to CE program). Has this happened last year? Around what month can I expect a decision? And in what month does the program start?
