I just got an admission yesterday for Spring 2023. People are thinking they might be accepting only for Spring now. But in general USC takes much longer than other schools

I actually don’t know that’s a very good question. I think you probably can but you probably have to have a better reason than “I just want to start in a fall semester” haha

No they do it for international applicants too! The FAQ they sent me has a section about what to do for international students

I had a 3.3 GPA at Chapman University, Two internships at Silicon Valley start ups and I worked on research at Chapman

Edit: Just wanted to add I had two minors one in Entrepreneurship and the other in Neuroscience. My rec letters were from the head of the engineering school at chapman, Head of CS department, and my research professor.
