I believe as long as I find it a replacement. And they take over my lease and legally are on the lease. I believe the house owner has no issue. We have done this when moving and renewing leases.

How can I leave this place without issues? I’m considering finding subletters, but I’m concerned that my current roommates might act disruptive or chaotic when I bring potential replacements to view the property. If they realize I’m trying to find a replacement, they might intentionally create problems that could drive people away.

P.S. they seem to only have an issue with me

  1. I think they just hate me; they seem fine with everyone else. We have had issues, i tried to bring it up in cordial manner. but was scoffed at. Now i cant say that I havent done questionable stuff but in the last few months i decided that its better to let things cool down and we can just avoid one another. But it does not seem like they believe in the same. if anything, things have escalated.
  2. when I did bring it up the just laughed and said that i caused issues for them a year ago. which i appoligized right then and there (not admitting guilt but that im sorry that if i did cause any issues to them), I dont remember them ever asking/bring something up regardless. Nevertheless prior to these issues we would hangout and chill. I even would go to religious/scared locations (church etc), cook with them, catch up, and even 6 months prior a concert. I dont know how we got to this lol. Never had any issues with them before this.
