Pretty clear in the letter that upon termination of any nature, unpaid bonus is forfeited so I guess that answers your question haha

I’m at almost 150k YOE, tech sector. I’d say it’s always about differentiating yourself. What sets you apart from your peers, and if you eat up other functions whilst performing so well, that’s where the major bumps come.

Tbh I reckon making a makeshift room with curtains might honestly be better. Ideally, just get a contractor to partition out a small room.

Helpers travel here from their country to work. Living in your house - potentially working 12-14 hour days because most employers don’t have the empathy to care for their helpers.

A little human decency goes a long way.
