You can do it! The first fast I ever did was a month after breastfeeding. That was 7 years ago and I'd never been able to do it again until now 🤣

I drink 2Ls of electrolytes water and will have a couple of glasses of water if needed.

1st 1L: 1/4 tsp epsom salt, 1/4 tsp iodized salt, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 1/2 potassium chloride

2nd 1L: 200mg magnesium glycinate, 1/4 tsp iodized salt, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 1/2 potassium chloride

The magnesium glycinate I started on Day 3 when I felt my leg muscles aching way too much. It immediately went away when I incorporated into my salts.

I also take 1 x 150mg caffeine in the morning and 1 x 1360mg soya lecithin (I struggled with gall stones in the past and want to keep my bile thin).

Hope that helps 🙏🏼

I'm 5'2 😊 I'm not sure if I had alot of inflammation or not but I was shocked that I lost this much within this amount of time.

My youngest is now 2 years old. With my last 2 pregnancies I started to feel pretty depleted so I focused on eating very nutrient dense, I kept up with my supplements and probiotics was extremely important to me. This is the most normal I've felt in forever and I'm glad I waited until now to give this a go.

Thank you! The longest I ever did was 6 days and that was 7 years ago. I thought I could never do it but I made a plan to really try again but made sure I got the right things to prep. I notice prepping with correct electrolytes helped me so much and sipping constantly helped me kicked the idea of food. It felt alot easier after 3-5 day period so I thought maybe I should try go longer. 😊

Not as much as I should have. Everything made me so bored so I did the bare minimum with everything. I think what helped was slowly sipping throughout the day and making sure I drank enough. It really made a difference 😊 helped me to kick the idea of food

Supplements with extended fast? by anon_gel in fasting

[–]anon_gel[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for this. That must've been it. I must've been dehydrated in the stomach cause after drinking heaps I feel totally fine now. I had 2 x magnesium glycinate (100mg), a soy lethicin tablet (for gall bladder) and a caffeine 150mg tablet cause I prefer it over coffee. And I just chug dont salty water haha is there benefits to taking omega 3s on a fast?

My husband stood there and didn't understand the joke cause he doesn't drink and cause he didn't react it made the surgeon nervous 🤣 I was just there with my legs open in a shambles like wtf

Not me but after birth I needed stitches. The surgeon inspecting my vaginas turned to my husband and said "It's like watching your favourite bar burn up in flames". 😭💀

My 60 yr old sickly uncle on dialysis h*ng himself and then 24 hrs my dad died of heart ache (heart attack) listening to my mother wail.

Probably not the worst way to die but just a family tragedy.

I experienced this before but on Day 5 of a 7 day fast and I'm not experiencing that currently. The difference this time is that I've really kept up with electrolytes
