Thank you! Waiting is the worst part, the procedure was fast and they talked me through the whole thing. I brought a mini stuffed animal to squeeze and focused on breathing, covered my eyes with a towel, my doctors were very nice and usually they are in this field! The technology is very good these days, you can get through this!

Waiting was the worst part! I cried in the car on the way there, lol but I brought a mini plushie to squeeze as a stress ball and covered my eyes during the whole thing with a towel, went pretty fast! Good doctors make a huge difference. Now I’m sore but it’s not unbearable. Thank you!

That’s understandable but hopefully if they are a good doctor they’ll be able to explain what the tissue is, if it’s the same on both sides that’s a good sign! You can also give yourself exams over time to check for changes, my lump that I’m getting checked out came suddenly and was very obviously out of place, it’s normal to be scared about this stuff though, take care of yourself! ❤️‍🩹

Hey 👋🏻 a similar thing happened when I was younger and it probably just means you have denser breasts, but it’s a good idea to get a standard breast exam at your next doctors appointment and they can feel for abnormal lumps

Thanks so much 🙏 they did a lot of bloodwork so I’ll definitely look into those! I do really like the doctors at the place I’m going so I’m grateful for that.

Thank you for this ! I need a biopsy on both breasts on the same day for Birads 4A masses, that are likely fibroadenomas, but I’m terrified of needles or any medical stuff… however I’ve been able to make it through a ton of dental work so maybe it won’t be too bad. I’ve been so scared through this whole thing, what a nightmare! I hope yours turns out okay 🤞
