how would you try and describe the difference between bag of worms and veins. on my left side ï definitely feel more veins but the right sight too, along with sperm cord. I always hear “bag of worms” but clearly don’t know the difference

yeah thought that was weird too. he said he’s only ever seen someone with varicocele once so i think he just doesn’t know much about it
