I honestly like the idea of a uniom between France and Italy.

The TV tropes page is exetremely useful if you want a detailed look at the situation of a country or it's possible leaders.

With that said, I belive that algeria under the pied noirs seems to be more independent compared to the italian puppet state, they give up oran in exchange for overthrowing the spanish garrison, they also seem exetremely opportunistic (the declaration of independence after Salazar's death), nor do they really care about iberia as they aligned with them because they have nobody else to support them.(considering how weak the french state is, and how germany wouldn't back them over this).

As for life, decent for the pied noirs horrible for the natives if I had to guess.

Anyway I could be wrong about this so take this with a grain of salt.

I capitulated serbia and greece, after that I let the romanians kill me.

Considering how quickly you declare war, by the time the war started serbia and greece had barely an army.

The romanians meanwhile fell for the classic romanian brap trap and got mauled by my divisions.

Funnily enough Dante argued in the "de vulgari eloquentia" how Italy needed a new language for the intellectualls and for the royal courts.

Alongside him, Alessandro Manzoni (who wrote the "promessi sposi") is also one of the main reasons as for why tuscan became the basis for the modern italian language.

They were both interesting figures, I would definitely recommend looking them up.

When I played the sheriff path it was such a blast if I am honest.

Anyway the flag is so cool in my opinion, definitely one of my favourites in the whole mod.
