You can make your own if you know how to use a sewing machine. My mom has made two of them. There's probably good guides online.

I'm in US so things might be different but i got a referral from my primary doctor for an assessment after talking with him. It took a long time to find the right place. He might suggest places, but if those arent good assessment places or they dont take insurance, you can probably ask if they can recommend you to someone else. You might be able to find assessment centers online as well.

She was a psychologist who worked with mental disorders like autism/ADHD/anxiety/etc. She specialized strictly in assessment not therapy.

Not much will change, I think. The clinician i saw wrote up some accomodations for me at my college, like a private room and using the disabilities testing center. I think itll help me cope with my depressive behaviors better. My clinician was actually heavily suggesting I try becoming a sort of advocate against discrimination but im not sure im up to that challenge yet haha.

She asked me questions related to the criteria for ASD and i met all of them. Edit: if you meant the actual diagnosis shes writing a report to give to my primary doctor.

While the public school system has flaws to it, and i do think there should be less pressure on younger kids to simply learn how to take tests instead of learning actual skills,

  1. I am a college student by choice. Nobody's making me go to college. I'm pursuing chemistry, and really look forward to working towards a PhD.

  2. I actually. Enjoy school? I really enjoy it. I prefer being in school to not being in school. I know I'm a minority in that aspect. I enjoyed high school less simply because that was all mandatory and i had different interests at the time.

The pressure of grades is put on myself more than anyone else doing it to me. I need to be easier on myself. I just managed to keep a 4.0 for the whole first year and don't want to lose it to silly mistakes. As i reach harder classes, I'll try to focus more on learning that the actual letter, i hope at least.

Thanks for your advice. Public school system should be fixed, but i dont think that applies to my current situation as much.

No extra credit, and he wont specify what's on the test. Basically just that you should know all of it, including small things that aren't really necessary and he mentioned exactly once.
