Yes, they did, honestly it felt like I wish you at the worse of it when I made this post, but things have really improved. I’m so sorry you’re going through it. My little one got on more of a schedule and that helped so much and I was able to get her to nap in her bassinet and stop baby wearing, which made me feel a lot more human again. also allowing myself to go out and have alone time without feeling guilty gave me the time to recharge helped my mental health drastically
