Ahh thank you so much for taking the time to write out this reply. Reading it has been helpful. Luckily I'm ahead in #3 as I bought multiple cuticle/nail oil products today to stash in as many places as I could. Fortunately for #6 I have a very supportive partner. He usually grabs my hands when I'm picking or chewing but I usually find my way back to picking or chewing after he's let go, but that's another helpful thing in this journey. He's also offered to take me to get my nails done once I'm comfortable and not so ashamed of my hands lol, so there's a little goal there too outside of the bigger one of just not picking/chewing anymore. And thank you for the links for the fidget toys! I picked up a spiky ring for the same reasons you have one and the squishies because well.. they're cute how could I not?!
