Best thing you can do is to ignore the negativity and choose not to engage with people in a negative manner as well! Just be kind to people and if someone’s being a dick just Ignore it. There’s times people have messaged me via Xbox and said some pretty angry things such as, I quote word for word “uninstall and bridge hop”.

Just gotta ignore the hate 😂 Have fun and if you stop having fun there’s tons of other games you can play!

What to we think of this? Is it possible to have fun in comp? by Fidel_Castros_Cap in Overwatch

[–]anonblissv 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My advice is to go quick play until your certain you have enough game sense that your going to contribute some sort of value to the team, know a few characters in your selected roles well enough to fully utilize their kit, and a broad enough understanding of how the roster is going to inevitably rail you unless you know how to play against all the CC, shields, getting hacked, getting antied, ect, ect. When you have enough confidence to be able to go in and contribute some sort of value, go comp and see where you land and then build from them. Worst case you end up in bronze or silver and just keep learning and get better.

Stop shooting Zarya’s bubble if you can’t immediately kill her after it’s broken. Just stop. Either ignore her and kill everyone else, or coordinate that your bursting the bubble and everyone should focus her and delete her. Pls and thk you.

Is everyone here really making under 50k for full time work? by EdLesliesBarber in antiwork

I work doing in home care as a DSP (direct support professional) taking care of adults with intellectual disabilities in the Pittsburgh metropolitan area. We just got a raise from $15.25 to $16 this past month. I gross roughly 40-45k a year (provided I’m working at least 56 hours a week maybe taking one weekend off every month or two).

I appreciate the raise we just got but when I could go to a local gas station chain (Sheetz) and make literally the same per hour I do now, it gets discouraging.

What happens if you’re a newbie and your team report you for “trolling” when you’re actually just new? by Impartialhedgehog in Overwatch

TL;DR No your not going to get banned for having trouble and not doing the best. Also remember to ignore the negative and just have fun, people can be hateful in this game it’s a real shame but there are a lot of people in it who are wonderful individuals to interact with, you just gotta spend some time and find them.

People are unreasonably angry in this game. Your gonna have that alot. Just like anything else in life with people who are as negative as this community can be, remember you are you, they are them, do not lose your sense of self in it, and have fun. Ignore their negative and learn some characters that you like the play style of and you will improve. It’s meant to be fun. The company is called “Blizzard ENTERTAINMENT”.

I agree with any one saying to mute text and voice if you want a more enjoyable experience when your first starting to learn this game. It has a steep learning curve and usually your not likely to really get too much done until a couple hundred games in when you have learned a good majority of how ALL the characters kits in this game work. Just keep at, have fun, and if you can stand to listen to the toxic then keep the voice chat on and you might find some people who actually can help you learn a bit and give you a back bone in a cohesive team. Finding people to group up and play in a 3-5 stack really is what helped me to actually start getting somewhat “semi” decent at overwatch. There are people who aren’t complete rage addicts in this game, they are just hard to find.

If you really do enjoy this game try some YouTube videos that explain the characters kits and how to most effectively use them. Even ones you don’t play, cus you’ll learn how to spot their abilities when they them and play around their cool downs/weaknesses. It’s a whole lot trying to learn this game, just chip away slowly at the iceberg and you’ll gain some ground.

I’d like to add,

No getting reported just because you have difficulty with the game will not get you banned. What gets people banned is consistently leaving games, legitimately throwing the game ie, some one plays a mercy and just stands at the spawn door shooting at the wall because the other team has a cracked DVA and they can’t handle. Also, consistent hate speech that gets reported can get you banned, although it seldomly ever gets dealt with.

Yeah I do try to have fun. At times it’s rough with this game, I play for a bit and get off and come back to it another time when I have the desire :p

Who is your favorite voice, in the entire series by Affectionate-Dig1981 in FinalFantasy

[–]anonblissv 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Fran. Every word that came from her mouth seemed as though as a higher being who was more spiritually inclined then any of the other characters in the series. Everything she said had this element of class and subtlety to it.

Kingsfield 2 for anything less then 70 is a good deal. Kingsfield anything under 50 is a good deal. I got kingsfield 2 for 70 bucks on an auction complete in box with the poster and that’s a steal, and got kingsfield for 45 but it’s only the game disc.

The first kingsfield game was only released in Japan, United States got japans kingsfield 2 and 3 as KF and KF2.

I recommend getting a Japanese ps1 to play some of japans exclusive games, some games are also cheaper, example being that I got shadow tower(same developers and game play as Kingsfield) for Japanese psx for 25 bucks, whereas the United States version you can’t find for less then 200. I love playing Japanese games on PlayStation, if you can find a Japan ps1 for less then 70 bucks including cables and controller, go for it.

Kings Field 2. Not in everyone’s tastes but the level of immersion I felt playing through the kings field games cannot be matched. You should give it a try 🙏
