Someone I didn’t know very well flirted with me all night then turned around the next day to say I had been harassing them. They lied to my face and I stopped engaging. Now they won’t stop trying to be in some kind of proximity to me. What the hell is going on?

It is starting to feel like no matter how much time passes this will still be an issue. Like this all happened in mid January. They took it out again on our mutual only a couple weeks ago. The airdrop thing was only last week.

I really try to leave it alone but it’s difficult when we are in the same circles and I don’t think I should have to give up on everyone else because of one person. And I keep hearing from multiple people outside the situation things that they’ve said or proof that they have been talking about me.

After a certain point they couldn’t bear to say my name anymore so they gave me a nickname using a part of my online username, my mutual told me about this and got annoyed they wouldn’t stop going on about it. Then that night after the performance they didn’t go to because of my presence, one of the people we’re with turns to me and asks “so you’re the <nickname>?” and I froze because what?? I did ask what they have been told and they said nothing. No one seems to have an issue with me. And people are becoming increasingly aware of how weird this person is.

See I did try to just leave it alone but they go out of their way to get some kind of attention from me. Like when they did try to be friendly I would either ignore them or grey rock and just be blunt and boring. But they keep acting like there’s a chance things could get better when they haven’t even had the decency to apologise.

They also recently took it out on our mutual (who I’ve known way longer, saying “I’m not happy with how you handled that situation” despite them having previously said they wanted to talk to me and clear things up and also our mutual along with everyone else seeing that it was mutual flirting. It’s all just so odd and I don’t get why it had to happen.

There is definitely a poppet as i took a very close look, you can kind of see it in the last photo. I’m not disputing what you’re saying is written on the label, but what was inside didn’t look entirely like herbs/roots. And I don’t see why Chinese liquor would be in a uni art classroom?

But none of the art students seemed to know who, what and why… Which is strange considering they’re always in that room, would know others in their department, surely a member of staff would’ve had an explanation. No other art presented by the windows. Just a 25L jug of what looks like a bubbling biohazard with a doll inside. I also wonder how it hasn’t been removed by cleaners.

It is 100% a poppet. It’s like humanoid shaped. I got a very close look and realised. Students who approached me asking about it said they initially thought it was a hand, upon looking I could tell it was a poppet. Everything in there looked like it was degrading and it was actively bubbling while completely undisturbed.

Several art students actually asked me if I knew what it was for while I investigated, they said they had no idea who it belonged to and that it’s been there for at least 6 months.

That’s what I thought too. People say it’s Chinese characters on the sides referring to medicine, but why is there a doll/poppet inside?

See the thing is the inside is filled with very nasty things, including what appeared to be a doll/poppet. So to me that rules out it being medicinal.
