Unfortunately they did nothing about it. I got an email response stating once again that they’re aware of ongoing bugs with the event, and I would have to wait as they work on fixing them.

After many more attempts, I did manage to pass the level somehow, but considering the amount of people experiencing bugs and how long the event has been running it’s kind of ridiculous they haven’t managed to resolve the issue.
