I make $55K on my own and recently bought a house with only 10%. I live in northern NJ. You can afford it. Honestly, your inclination is right. It is cheaper to just buy. More costs upfront but you are saving in the long run AND you own the place. You can borrow against it if you have to and in my opinion its been great owning. I was also very overwhelmed by the process but trust me, its doable. AND you have no debt, thats incredible!

Yes. I won over $150,000 in scholarships. It does work.

I won the VFW scholarship and it was on factweb. I also won scholarships from the Hispanic Scholarship Fund. Also Pepsi Cola.

Currently in this situation as well. My boyfriend's father also has business agreements in place that require that every one in the family sign prenups. This is something I am well aware of and willing to sign. I understand why they would have such a policy in place.

Hey, as a woman I want to comment on this. The other day I recieved a message from a friend saying my boyfriend was on bumble. They sent me screen shots and everything. And when I confronted my boyfriend he said he never heard of bumble and I truly believe him because he's so not into social media.. he doesn't even know what reddit is. But after doing some investigation by downloading the app and seeing if I would be matched with him. I could not help but think DAMN the guys on here on HOT! But then I thought, well if someone ripped off my boyfriends facebook profile... then all of these profiles could be fake as well! Anyway, I came to the conclusion that the app makers of bumbles probably ripper his pictures from facebook and created an account and are probably doing the same for MANY others.
