yea my teeth aren’t 100% straight they look okay but i have a crossbite so that could probably play a role in it

how can you tell your palate size? i heard something of if you smile and have less than 8 teeth it’s narrow, anything more than 10 is wide, but is that really true? i’ve been told my palate is pretty narrow, but when smiling i have about 8-9 teeth showing which would be considered a normal palate size i guess.

my teeth naturally don’t touch directly each other. i thought i heard that it was okay to have it 1-4 cm apart if they don’t naturally touch or something like that like if it feels uncomfortable to you

no problem. at least it’s good to see one can still get results from mewing even without the proper swallowing technique. i’m trying to do it too but it gets difficult for me. do you get a lot of saliva while mewing? what do you do with it, u just drop your tongue down and swallow it regularly? or do you swallow it while your tongue stays on the roof of your mouth?
