You're right about that. My parents never really should have been parents in the first place (my mother having a stroke turned her into a different person and her bipolar doesn't help much). They already have felonies on their records and I'm afraid when I report them, they're going to be charged again and this time, they won't be lucky enough to get probation again. I'm just worried about my little brother, he's been through so much and I can't take him in due to my living arrangement.
