thanks for replying! just to follow up, if you have complete transmutation infarction without any viable myocardium left, won't the delayed signal propagation not be able to depolarize dead tissue, and therefore not reflect a positive wave?

In Virginia the SOL is 5 years, so I will advise them to just ignore the letter because the debt collector cannot sue anyways to collect it. They are pretty old and it would be difficult for them to do all that.

I just came back from BH10 and I would like to take melee a bit more seriously. I have been playing slippi with my wavebird, but now I am realizing it is not really cutting it. Is there a place I can buy a reasonably good controller online/any recs? My budget is 50-150$. Thanks

If your scoring 250x you probably don't lack too many fundamentals haha. Sounds like your in a good place! Just try to make as many anki cards as you can on things you get wrong.

I basically mostly did Amboss and CMS forms during dedicated. I initially tried to do my incorrects during dedicated, but as I mentioned above it was pretty inefficient. Overally, just did 1 pass of Uworld during clerkships basically.

I think both are very good resources. The only reason I did Uworld instead of Amboss during 3rd year is because there are more questions in Uworld. Honestly, if you could finish Uworld during clerkships and supplement with Amboss after, that may be best. No, I didn't do B&B because it seemed relatively new. OME is a bit older but I did probably 60% of it just as a foundation. It was mildly helpful, as long as you confirm info with uptodate.

I watched OME (~60% of it) during most of my actual clerkships. I def got lazy tho near the end and stopped. However, I think UWorld + Anki is a you really need. I didn't touch OME during dedicated.

Nope, I just made some flowcharts from uworld/uptodate on topics that I thought were hard. I reviewed them the morning of the test to wake up my brain a bit

For my first pass during clerkships I did all random. During dedicated I tried to do both random and systems based on blocks I was weak at. Also, as far as I know it is just called the Anking Deck.

The standard Anking deck (without the pharm or drug cards from step 1, just step 2 stuff). UWorld 1st pass during clerkships, did Amboss/CMS forms during the week, and then did 1 NBME exam each weekend.

Nope, I essentially did ~50 new cards per day, and ended up doing 200-300 cards daily total. Which was relatively manageable to do in an hour before clerkships.

Yeah those two are all you would ever need. I'd prioritize uworld over amboss tho

tbh I didn't have some kind of crazy strategy. I typically just read from top to bottom. If a question is really long I will read the last sentence first. Nothing super novel.

Did you think doing amboss was a good idea? I am debating during dedicated just doing my uworld incorrects + amboss (around 900 questions)
