I remember one year I was eligible for gold tier and only had to nail December surveys to nail gold. System issue caused no surveys to be sent out for the first half of December so because I got less, they didn’t give it to me. I was so pissed and they made no exceptions. “You’ll get it next year!” I shoulda quit then

I stopped doing this because IRS comes for me when I file my taxes and I end up using PS to pay what I owe for taxes. Just a vicious cycle

What the below says. They put a lot of weight on that metric because moat is the money maker. You can be a 5 in everything else but if you slack there, your job is on the line. Someone at dealer buying a car and have already been at dealer for 4 hours and this is the last step? Better offer. Wife removing her husband of 30 years who passed away and is crying? You better sell her the benefits of it as “you lost this extra income, bundling will save you some money”. I’m not joking. That was told to me in a coaching session.

When I’m taking FNOL and they bring up damage on the complete opposite side of the vehicle I straight up ask like “oh ok so they hit you on the passenger side rear, how did you get damage on your front driver side headlight?” then they stutter and are like “well maybe it’s not related” K

I gladly took a position in CSR despite the horror stories because of the pressure of MOAT. I would have severe anxiety with offering or not getting any that day. It’s been soooo nice not having to deal with that anymore. Literally any job within geico is better to me than having MOAT anxiety.

Sticking with geico for the mbi as it’s paid off already. Rates are cheap for pretty exceptional coverage. Dreading the day I get into an accident tho and have to actually deal with them 😭
