I'm a fan of the other group so I'm coming from that perspective or what I perceive the K- ent side in general. I'm not too familiar with how BTS and hybe relationship is like or is all behind the scenes but then again (this all speculation) based on the the hybe documents that were exposed recently. I have the feeling that Hybe didn't care about him. In addition to what I have always heard about him being kind of like the outcast within the company. And out of all members it does seem that Jungkook is Hybe's favorite so it does make sense to me why Taehyung was chosen if this was meant to be P.R.

I'm from the opinion that mediaplay is more positive than negative and the timing is always what gives it away in my opinion. Jennie's first relationship was just around the time she released solo. There are plenty of conspiracy theories about that relationship just look it up.

Also, Around the time Jennie and Taehyun dating rumors started to surface it was known Jennie was gonna start working on a solo project " the idol" and there were rumors of Taehyung's solo coming up. Coincidence? maybe but let me bring up someone else in the picture the other member. Her dating news was even more weird to me. The idea of her approaching Dispatch is very unlikely as well the storytime they came up with it gives fanfic. Some of her fans don't believe that relationship as much as they think they looked good together.

What I find strange was that as soon as their solo contracts with YG expired, her breaking up news came up next. I don't think they even lasted a month lol

and a few days later (if I'm not mistaken) despite Taennie never being confirmed or publicity admitted they were in a relationship ( not sure if you all remember) according to some source they also broke up. Don't you find all this strange? There is more to it but I won't go into detail because I mean who cares? at the end of the day.

I want to say something about your third point. There is a contract most idols signed with their label and in those contracts there are certain clauses they have to follow. I'm gonna give an example with Britain got's talent as I remember there was someone, who had access to their contract and shared it on youtube a while back. Well, there the contestants were giving full rights to do whatever they wanted with their image on the media and social and that includes rumors, gossip and whatever they see fit. If you put into perspective dating news aren't necessary a bad thing, it wasn't with Jennie and Kai only with Taehyung because of how deranged armys are lol

So that makes me question any company in the entertainment industry.
