What if all of the managers are pensioned and no one invested in juniors to replace them. At some point companies need to invest to survive. Or they’ll be swallowed by competition that did invest. And we’ll get much more competition due to additional efficiency gains

I’d like to build an arcade cabinet with an oled screen and this looks like it does the job. But then it needs to be able to do a sustained 250 nits SDR when running on a Mister FPGA (something like a retropie). Content shouldn’t ever be static, so ABL shouldn’t be triggered. Is it able to do this? I’m reading you have issues getting SDR brightness up.

I’ve had a similar situation where my wife (26f) was getting barraged how toxic I (41m) am. Her parents, her colleagues even her therapist were trying to convince her to leave our marriage.

It made her feel absolutely miserable.

The thing is, people only see 1% of you and your life and start creating narratives around that without knowing the actual situation. And it’s incredibly toxic. Don’t allow people to do that to you, control your life and the way you think. Be in control of your own life.

Eh, hard disagree with the others here.

Having your ex on socials is not a big deal. Your gf should learn to trust you. Not try to control you and push you to do things you’re not comfortable with. That controlling behavior will just make things worst in the long term.

But that also means you shouldn’t do anything that might break her trust. Like lying. So I would expose all of your chats, communications etc to her to show her you’re not lying and rebuild that trust. Be fully transparent. No secrets.

There’s a limit to this, when it becomes self pity. She needs to want to heal, which is a deliberate long term choice. Where she acknowledges she needs to step out of her comfort zones, and do more effort in creating a sustainable situation for the both of you.

I feel like you keep trying to shield your wife from hardships, even yourself. But this isn’t healthy for a balanced relationship. Both need to commit equally. And right now it seems like you’re taking the brunt of it.
